10-Strike Network File Search 1.3 is the latest version of this shareware program for Windows. There is an evaluation version we can download directly from the developer's website and try free of charge. This version has one limitation: It will not show the file name and directory. 10-Strike Network File Search provides a useful tool for searching files in a local computer network or FTP server. It can search for documents, images, video, audio, etc. It is possible to configure the searching options, including network options, domain filters, computer filters, resource filter, preview and detection. From its friendly user’s interface, we can preview the files; delete them, save the reports for later printing, and many more. Now this software has been enhanced, several bugs have been fixed. It runs faster and smoother. It also provides new options: We can now have reports with the computer names instead of their IP address. It is possible to filter a computer both by their network names and their IP address. We are allowed to export data to XML and CSV format types. It runs under Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, and Vista operating systems. |
